Mid-journey Progress

So I was having one of those no-change scale days but still took progress photos and at least they were motivating. This is the 4 month mark in my really knuckling down on my diet. I've always continued strength training but seeing a physical change really kicked me in gear to improve that too.

17 lbs down in 17 weeks. All major lifts have increased in that time:
Bench press up from 225 max to 285
Deadlift up from 315 max to 405
Squat up from 315 max to 375

I'm the strongest I've been in my whole life at 40 years old!
