Anyone with an Apple Watch want to compete? I’ve never done it before so not sure what the challenge it does or if you set your own up? But looking for someone to hold me accountable with a little fun competition:)

    I would love for some friendly competition to get me motivated, so I joined the May challenge. Am i supposed to start my own team or join someone else’s? I’m not sure what to do now that I’ve joined this challenge.
