CleN bulk cheat day rest day

I'm currently trying to lean bulk with minimal fat gains. How bad would an all you can eat buffet be on a resting non training day? Today's supposed to be leg day but I'm not sure how my schedules going to foil out considering it's getting late

An AYCE offer is under your own control. Are you disciplined enough to lean bulk with minimal fat gains? If so, you're capable of controlling yourself around a buffet.0

Fyi I have a pretty big stomach capacity and can overeat ALOT0

Also I heard something about you needing more calories on rest days due to muscle growing but some say the opposite because workout burns calories and also the post workout thing where your muscles absorb extra calories after being broken down in workout0

Depends on how big an energy (calorie) surplus it creates, and how often you do it. The fact that it's a rest day is of minimal relevance.
The main factors in limiting fat gain during a bulk are maintaining a relatively small surplus, getting enough protein, and engaging in progressive resistance exercise. The timing of your surplus in relation to your workouts is extremely small potatoes.1 -
It really depends on how all out you go and how you can bounce back. I mean for me I would be fine and would even out over the week, if you are going thousands over your surplus and it will make you feel sluggish the next few days well you might want to have a game plan and pick and choose what you are going to eat. At the end of the day it's one meal out of thousands.1

I wouldn't worry about all that, that is majoring in the minors. I eat the same surplus on all days when I'm bulking with some weekends being higher. It all works out in the end.1
