Under 200 today!

Finally. Hit 199.8 this morning. Started March 11 at 208. ( While recovering from knee replacement surgery). Never want to be in the 200s again! My goal is 144. 2 years ago I was 260.

Good on you @keenest37! Well executed! ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

Iโ€™m a ways off from pulling off that feat. Started at 274lbs a couple of years back. Been stuck in the 225-235lbs range for some time now.

Havenโ€™t been under 200 since my early twenties and Iโ€™ll be forty in a year. Iโ€™m going to try riffing off your success to break on through to the other side.๐Ÿ˜Š ๐Ÿค™๐Ÿผ

@keenest37, crossing lines in the sand in our fitness, health and wellness journey are enjoyable Kodak moments that give us hope, particularly when the journey is a long one. Enjoy the experience and keep marching forward.
