Here we go. Today starts the 14lb + challenge. I have till September to lose a minimum of 14lbs. Support is a must as is dedication. Who's with me?

    You sure?

    That’s an aggressive rate and can be difficult to get adequate nutrition.

    I'd like to be down 20-ish by August 1. That's three months to shed 20lbs. Aggressive, but doable.
