    I am close to goal weight overall so I am assuming its gonna be harder to maintain 1lb per week loss plus I need to build muscle. We shall see how this goes!

    @madirico1 You just copy the text of your previous week post into a new post and add the new weight each week. Hope that helps!

    I've copy and pasted from the original post so I would do that as it looks like everyone else has as well but I'm not sure now how to edit the post???

    Maybe I do it wrong, but I just select the quote option on my own post, remove the (quote) brackets at the beginning and ending and then I repost each weigh in. I havent found a way to edit my old posts and the app is glitchy for me so I just try to keep it simple.

    Edit: i think there is a time limit to edits anyways: quzjb34hvhyp.jpg
