Trying to gain muscle mass

What’s going on guys , i am new to this as well , i’m trying to get to 195lbs . By not shoving my face with fast food or any of that trash . So i’m clean bulking in a sense . If anyone has some tips on how to meet a calorie goal please lmk , i always end up short by 2-300 calories . I’m an avid gym goer since i’m military , so if anyone has questions as well i’m here to help to the best of my ability dawgs .

You might have to play around with different macro ratios and foods to see what is higher and cals and doesn't fill you up as much.1 -
