In case you haven't seen it. Here is a good way to think of how much weight you have yet to lose or have lost already. When I lose 60 pounds, I think it will be more fun to tell people that I have lost an elephant's penis or 5 cats and a chihuahua

1 pound = a Guinea Pig
1.5 pounds = a dozen Krispy Kreme glazed donuts
2 pounds = a rack of baby back ribs
3 pounds = an average human brain
4 pounds = an ostrich egg
5 pounds = a Chihuahua
6 pounds = a human skin

    My cat weighs 12.5 pounds.

    When I'm feeling down I carry him around for a bit. Not only is he warm, fuzzy and usually vibrating, it's a nice reminder that I used to carry that around (plus a lil bit) all the time.

    I still need to lose a 2 month old horse but losing one small cat isn't bad for a month of work.

    I lost a 2-year old. Woo hoo! I've got a gold brick left to lose, for a total of a 2-month old horse.
