Kettle ball excercises

So on this app I can’t find anything resembling a kettle ball toss squat. Any suggestions??

    If so, why don't you up the load and do Goblet squats and get your dexterity stills workout by twirling a high school marching band baton? A good Goblet squat load x 10 reps per round mixed in with some other KB movement or non-KB movement seems like a better bang for your buck if strength training and calories-burning is your goal.

    If your question was how many calories does it burn, I'd say less than a two-hand swing for similar number of reps.
