Hi! I have taken a break as well mostly from my diet. Tracking everything daily was feeling really exhausting. I will admit I went overboard...but I felt deprived for so long. Balance is something I strive for but it's hard for me. I like your idea of new month new challenge new goals.0

My goal is to be consistent and try to balance. I have a tendency to way overdo it or way under do it. I want to focus on eating mostly healthy food with some treats and going gym 5x week. What are your goals? Balance is key. I struggle.0
