New month, new goals, new challenges.

Going to try and update as much as possible. Seeing the comments and such help motivate me. Hope to get more friends and see more photos and statuses!

    Hi! I have taken a break as well mostly from my diet. Tracking everything daily was feeling really exhausting. I will admit I went overboard...but I felt deprived for so long. Balance is something I strive for but it's hard for me. I like your idea of new month new challenge new goals.

    Hello. I'm restarting my journey too! *waves* What's your goal for this month? This month I want to get my snacking under control at work, so that's what I'm working on.

    My goal is to be consistent and try to balance. I have a tendency to way overdo it or way under do it. I want to focus on eating mostly healthy food with some treats and going gym 5x week. What are your goals? Balance is key. I struggle.
