So I fell off the wagon and gained all the weight back. I went from 155, to 130 - thanks to this app. Any advice to keep me motivated? How do you do it? What are you favorite snacks? Thanks 💕

Welcome back. I had lost weight with this app as well and fell off the wagon but I too am back. My motiviation is looking at what I look like now and what I looked like then and most importantly, I think of the negative effects of being overweight and the issues that come with it. I have decided on a strict clean diet with minimal snacking.1
