I am not doing well at the moment! Doing loads of exercise but my eating has gone haywire #disappointedinself

    Are you eating back your exercise calories? Don't burn off all your calories, your body does need some for regular processes, and sometimes major cravings happen because it's not getting enough calories for the organs, it's all getting burned off in exercise.

    Honestly I would dial back the exercise and focus more on the diet. Sometimes if I over-exercise I become ravenous... and I undo all the hard work I put into the gym. YOU CAN DO THIS! Every day is a new day. :)

    Nutrition is the main part. No point in exercising if the nutrition isnt there. Get your footing again with the nutrition side. If you need to chat i can help
