I use Pinterest a lot and some of the recipes are not that great and some are. when you're doing keto measure, measure, measure it's very important.
Use your carb counter on this site. That will be on your premium upgrade and it's worth it my husband and I use it alot. I have lost 60 pounds and he has lost a hundred pounds and we're still going.
Don't forget to do your cheat days at least one maybe two. Beginner I suggest two for the first month. The reason for the cheat days is cuz you have these cravings and it's very important that you use it. It will help you to continue on this keto diet. Cheat days you can eat anything and everything you want within your calorie count
