Hi folks! Just checking if anyone here goes to a Yourzone45 gym and if so what your opinions of it are? A new one has opened up and am going to a trial session tomorrow and would like to know more of what to expect!

    Hi, I go to my local one and I'm not a typical gym goer. In fact I was extremely nervous but I love it! I go 5 times a week. I recommend you give it a go too.
