My name's Ned. I'm going to do my best to lose weight and become healthier. It would be amazing not to do it alone!

Some things about me:
▪ I'm 28
▪ I would like to lose 40% of my current weight
▪ I'm newly vegan (since 1.1.19)
▪ I have a diagnosed BED, currently in treatment, not successful yet
▪ I have generalized anxiety disorder, which I'm treating and it's working!!
▪ I love to laugh and dance!

    I need to seriously get back on the bus and stay on it! I lost 55 pounds in 2014-2016 and have gained 30 back!! I keep starting and then staying on for a few days before falling off for the rest of the week and then some, and then starting again. Ugh. Just got back into bad habits and stuff, stress of life, etc. Lots of changes in my life this year and I'm definitely a stress eater! I think the longest I've stayed on is 2-3 weeks back in January but have lost any ground I made since then. I'm here for daily motivation, support and accountability. My husband wants to get back on it too!
