Buff Like Buffy Workout Challenge

Are you a fan of Buffy the Vampire Slayer? I am! All you have to do is watch an episode of Buffy and whenever a name is dropped you do the assigned workout.

Giles:10 weight lifts
Buffy:10 squats
Spike:10 Pushups
Dru/Drusilla:10 Pushups
Angel: 10 pushups
Xander: 10 Jumping Jacks
Willow:Plank for 1 minute

P.S. If there are characters you would like to add and assign a workout to, please do. Its okay if there are too many names being dropped at once. Just finish one workout at a time.
I did this challenge and I got hot and sweaty and I barely sweat.
