Calorie deficit.
You can do all the exercise you like, but if you're not in a calorie deficit you're not going to lose any body fat. Do exercise you enjoy, weight lifting isn't a bad idea as well, weigh your food and track it accurately, maintain a reasonable deficit and be diligent.11 -

1) You can't spot reduce from your belly or anywhere else. Fat loss doesn't work like that.
2) A calorie deficit will reduce fat, exercise can be a useful part of it. A mix of cardio and resistance training can help lose fat and reduce muscle loss while losing weight.
3) Exercises that train your core muscles can help your stomach look better as you lose fat, but they won't make you lose the fat on their own (as stated in 1 and 2)11 -
Make sure you're in a caloric deficit. You can't target a specific area, you just have to be patient and meticulous with your intake and the fat will come off.
Exercise is for building muscles, strenght, endurance and health. It can make you look better, but if you're not eating in a deficit, you won't lose any fat.6 -
As the others have mentioned, eat fewer calories then you burn = calorie deficit.4

I have a flat stomach and have achieved it by being at a low body weight (lower end of the healthy BMI range), lowering carb intake to minimize bloating and then genetics-I'm pear shaped and carry my extra fluff on my bums/thighs, not my stomach area.
Exercise has had very minimal impact, since the only thing I do is daily walks.2 -
Thanks everyone. Here I got the some special point about it that help me accurately.5
