Starting over again for more times that I'd like to say. Everytime I gain more when I stop and say I'll never get bigger than this. Logging my food, trying to do all I can this time.
Any words of encouragement are welcome.

    You got this! One day at a time. My advice that I have to keep telling my self is slow progress is better than no progress. You cant expect perfection day 1. Just keep at it making better choices than the day before.
