Hi! New person question...I'm supposed to eat 1200 calories to lose the weight I want but fitbit adds on extra calories...if I eat those calories is it still for weight loss or will I just maintain? Thanks!

MFP's number includes a deficit already. So any extra calories you get through exercise you're expected to eat back because it's extra activity. Otherwise you'd actually be eating less than those 1200cal, which is not good or ideal.3
