8 days in to my final push

So day 8 into my final push and I am so so tired and have zero energy. Getting up at 4.40am today was a killer. Even my large black coffee did not help. I need to have something today that helps me get a much needed boost.
What your suggestions?

I don't know what your pushing towards and why. But..sometimes you have to listen to your body. when I tired it is either I have not eaten enough, dehydrated ..or plain really tired and need to rest.

I have 14lbs to go after a total of 140lbs so far. I am going to drink more today to eliminate dehydration. Fingers crossed I feel better later.

Are you eating enough? It's just as important to stay properly fueled as it is to maintain a reasonable deficit.

what is your current rate of loss? have you changed anything in this last push (in the last 8 days)?
sounds like your body is trying to tell you something.

I think we maybe in similar positions. I have about 14lbs to go after losing 120.

I overdid it in feb and felt exhausted and have eased back a bit (lost only a few pounds in March/ April). Part of me can’t wait to get to target and is finding it really difficult to accept weight loss is slower at this end of things. I’m trying not to restart the restrict/overeat cycle again. I’m trying to see it as phasing into maintenance (which I’ve never managed, always yo-yo’d).

That target # can change just as wee do. Don't get hung up on getting to the finish line. This doesn't end when you get to that point. Still a daily lifestyle that you must maintain. Maybe adjust your goals. I've stopped having scale goals I'm within 4 lbs of my weight goal....and now I realize I'm smaller than what I'd thought at this weight!! Sooooo I adjusted. I wanna run 3 miles in 30 mins I wanna bike 5 miles in 30 mins I wanna do 90 mins hot yoga!! These are the new goals!! When you get within 10lbs of your weight goal YOU MADE IT!! Change your mind set and adjust the goals!!! Then that scale will fall in line and surprise the *kitten* outta you!!!!

Last few pounds work better as a slow, gradual off ramp, rather than driving yourself over a cliff. Rest some, eat more, stay healthy.

I need to be below my goal weight or I'm back on the diabetic meds. I have done so well to come off them but .my hba1c is rising so need it off. I done 6 years on meds and 4 years off. I maintained for 2 years but as I get older it gets harder to stay off the meds.
