Hello, I have been on MyFitnessPal for some time now but I have fallen off the wagon, run over by it, then it backed up..... You get the idea. Anyways, I have hopped back in the saddle so I thought it prudent to reintroduce myself to the community.
I cycle almost everyday with my Peloton bike that I purchased last month. I love it and thought I should match the nutrition with the workout. Love to hear from anyone that wants to talk, ask questions, or whatevs.

Hi, kinda new to the biking, just got a recumbent bike for home. Something about your 'backing up' comment struck a chord. Guess we are all still finding our 'drive'. 😁0
