ITeknic scales for body fat readings

Do you think these are accurate ? Was really shocked this morning when it said I had put on body fat and lost muscle mass despite going out for 2 runs, a big DDP yoga session and exercise bike. Physically I think I look like I've been putting on muscle so it was a bit disheartening to see the readings today...
Should I just not pay attention to it as much as it's probably just an estimate (hopefully) or is it a sign I need to change something in my eating and exercise routines? I've been pretty happy with both the last few weeks too, if anything I've noticed I could try and cut out a tiny bit of fat and get replace it with protein, and I need to eat /drink less on bank holiday weekends!!

My scale (fitbit) reads body fat and I place zero stock in it. I go primarily by weight, how I look, feel and how my clothes fit. I only bought it for the wireless, and it was a 50% off sale0

Home scales that claim to calculate fat and muscle are actually inaccurate. Are you recomping or something?0 -
