Whisky Salmon (or 911 Salmon)

2 Salmon Fillets (3-4oz each)
1/4 Cup Whisky
1/4 Cup Soy sauce
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

Broil on low until Salmon is cooked through and forks easily.

    I actually have a bit left in a bottle of whiskey that I wasn't planning on drinking, AND a salmon steak in the freezer! Win!
