Normally I'm an upbeat music (top 40, country, etc) music person....if you can dance to it, I usually work out to it....
However, lately I've been stressed the "F" out and I need a change in music lol
Any suggestions? :explode:

One of my favorite work out songs is "Jack Sparrow" by Lonely Island. Its so funny, and every time it comes on during my workout I can't help but smile and push myself a little harder.0

It's not really my thing, but I've been using Pandora and the typed in Dom Omar, and Brokencyde for music playlist.
Don Omar I like, the brokencyde music is like screaming hip-hop.. weird but at some point it got me pumped up.
Just so you know my playlists consists of lots different genres, country like Zac Brown Band and R&B, Brian McKnight..
But the gym it just depends.
give pandora a try and choose your favorite artist and you'll be happy.0 -

I downloaded a bunch of stuff from DJ Steve Boyette:

The BPMs are listed first so it's easy to find what you would like to use for your workout and tailor it appropriately.
Plus, he's got some really good other mixes too. It's long lasting, some of the mixes are around 60 mins, more than enough time to do a session on the elliptical or treadmill.0
