New to Keto :)

Hello all! I’ve used MFP on and off. I’m very excited that this time I’ve made the jump to Keto. It’s only been 4 days and I already feel less swolen, and more energized. I’m open to receiving any tips and tricks to stay on track & accountable.

    I have been in ketosis for almost three months and have lost just about 60 lbs so far. For me staying on track was not jumping straight in to a keto diet. Over a couple of months I started removing things from my diet to give my body time to adjust. Doing this I didn't have to go through the dreaded "keto flu" and I didn't have the cravings that derailed me so many times in the past.
