What are some ways to keep weight on??

Hey y’all I need some help!! What’s the best ways to keep the weight I gained on my body, because I lose weight pretty fast!?!?

    Keep up with your calorie intake with calorie dense foods (nuts, nut butters, seeds, juices, smoothies, full fat dairy, etc), eat at regular intervals, don't forget to eat, don't overdo the cardio. Track your weight regularly and if you notice it slipping adjust your intake.

    Protein is what they tell us old people to eat to keep from losing weight/muscle mass so we do not fall and die.

    When I was in cancer treatment and underweight, I was told to put bacon in everything and to drink a milkshake before bed each night.
