4 years ago I lost 60 pounds . I felt great and looked great . This past year I’ve been dignosed with PCOS and in December I lost my father and grandfather . I gave up completely. Looking a pictures taken of me recently I am ashamed of how much I let myself go and how I haven’t been taking care of myself . I want to take back control. I want to be a healthier and happier me !!!!
