Okay so after numerous attempts, I've officially made the decision to start detoxing! Also feel free to drop any useful tips on getting started down below x

Good Luck. I am trying to detox as well. I just recently hit up a friend and I'm waiting to hear back from him hopefully soon (fingers crossed) Anyways if he has any good detox suggestuons, remedies, or recipes, I'll try to post them. Take care2

If a detox makes you feel good then go for it, but it has little proven science behind it.
