Oh, yuck! I hope you feel much better today! The sickness has been running through my house the past 4 days & so far, I'm yet to be touched. My kids, on the other hand...*gag*
How many calories do you thinking falling down half a flight of stairs burns? OMG, that hurt!0 -
Good morning!
Theresa...glad you are feeling better!
Sara...hope the kiddos are feeling better soon! Falling down the stairs!!!! Hope you are okay!:flowerforyou:
Yesterday was a rest day here, too. Unfortunately, I do believe I'm starting to get what my DH just had. UGH! We'll see how I feel later, but I'm doing something today.
Have a great day all!0 -
Sara and Kelly....yes I am feeling better...Thank Goodness....and thank you! :flowerforyou:
Sara...are you okay??? :noway: Also, I hope the kids are feeling better.
Kelly...I hope you don't get sick too...yuck...keep up with your fluids and don't push yourself...better to take a day off than be down for several.
Hope your day goes better than expected ladies...take care...:flowerforyou:0 -
You guys have made me want to pull out the Lysol!!! Get better!!
Hope you all feel better! My daughter was sick last week - knock on wood so far everyone else is ok.
Still holding at 1 pound for this challenge. Worked out hard last night. I actually ran 1/3 of my 25 minutes (running in shifts) on the treadmill and pushed myself up to 6.1 MPH for 1 of the minutes! When I first started 4.5 was a run for me...also did elliptical for 30 minutes - with 2 minutes backwards - OUCH - try it if you haven't...then did leg presses, bicycle crunches, arm pulls, held plank pose.....I was wiped out! I usually do Rowing machine too but I was getting dizzy - not sure why but figured I should chill out.
My body loves to play games with me - I'll be down 2 then next day back up one then over the next week it goes away with 1 or 2 more gone then same cycle - it's weird but I've come to only count my Wednesday morning weigh ins so that I am hopefully consistent. I hate the scale but still find myself with the need to weigh daily. It makes me accountable to know where I am each day so that's ok. I am not going crazy when I see a fluctuation - I am pushing forward.
Happy Tuesday, I wish it were Friday (PAY DAY!)0 -
I'm doing the Y St. Patrick's Day challenge, too! See you there! :happy:0

Morning Troops!
Sorry to hear about the sickness & owies. :frown: Hope everyone is feeling better. :flowerforyou:
Got a 4-mile run in this morning, it's starting to get lighter earlier in the morning now so didn't have to run the path in total darkness! :drinker: C'mon springtime! :smokin:
I'll step on the scale as soon as I feel like I can handle the news from this weekend's eating/drinking debauchery.
Kick some Irish butt, people! :drinker:0 -
I'm alive and kicking today!! Did some work on my arms yesterday and also some crunches and other exercises! Cannot wait for it to warm up tomorrow so I can go for a nice long walk! It is so hard to get cardio in when you're stuck inside a house. If I try dancing I trip over my son or his toys that he throws in my path so that is hard to do lol!! But, I';m happy and ready to lose some fat by St. Pats!!
Hope everyone gets to feeling better, and your kids feel better, and hubbys feel better!!!0 -
Thanks T and Kelly! Today will be a 30 day shred or rest not sure yet - feeling pretty good so I don't think I'll rest...0

So far today I've done, well, nothing.. and that leftover piece of pizza and cookie I had at lunch, wow, i'm kicking myself for it now! I'm still a few hundred calories under my limit though, I just wish I could have found something healthier to eat.
I'm going to do a workout video here in a few minutes, and probably play on my wii fit for a while.. so at least that's something..0
