Maintaining while trying to lose

After losing 110 pounds over a year and a half doing “dirty keto” I’ve been maintaining my weight. I still want to lose another 20-30 pounds to be around 130 pounds. Recently I’ve started IF (intermittent fasting) and I’m trying to stop bingeing as I used to binge once a week. I’m currently three weeks and one day binge free and back down to my lowest recorded weight after having gained about 12 pounds. IF really helped me drop those extra 12 in about two weeks (of course, with a caloric deficit). Here is to more success with IF and losing those last pounds!
