Hi my name is Katie and I'm starting my journey of taking control of my health! I have tried many weight loss methods over the years and nothing has stuck, but I am determined and will eventually succeed! I have heard so many good things about my fitness pal, my brother has started using it and had seen a lot of good improvements, and his example helped me decide to go for it!
If any of you have tips for sticking to goals I would love to hear! Thanks!

Welcome and good luck! There is no better place to be for becoming more fit. If you aren't losing right away you just need to tweak things until the weight starts coming off. Give yourself at least a couple of weeks to get used to logging, and then you can focus on weight loss. I trick myself by saying,"You can eat whatever you want but you still have to log it!" and for some reason that helps me stay on track.0
