How many calories in bacon bones??

I boiled 600g of bacon bones with my pumpkin soup veges then removed them with all meat still attached after 1 hour to add flavour only. How many calories would this of added to my soup?

    It’s hard to estimate, but I would probably look at database entries for stock, and use one of those.
    If there was a bit of fat on the bones I’d estimate high, if not go medium.

    Assume you mean smoked ham hocks or whatnot. Pork belly bacon has no bones.

    Weigh them before and after boiling. The reduction will be rendered fat at about 5 cal per gram.

    PS: Let them dry out before weighing.
