Just under 50 days (holy kittens, time flies!)

Just over 20 pounds lost.

I have eaten pizza, that chicken pot pie that uses mayonnaise as filling, chocolate, cheeseburgers and pasta. I have eaten all the bread. Once or twice I have eaten too much.

20% of my 100 pound (initial) desired loss gone, like poof. Time has flown. Pounds have fled. It hasn't always been easy, but it's always worked.

This rocks my socks off.

I hate pot pie that uses gravy, instead I have this recipe where the filling is 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 3/4 cup milk and a tablespoon of flour. Microwave and stir until thick and smooth.

Makes a yummy, creamy filling. I fill the pie with that, chicken, assorted frozen veggies, onion and a little bit of cheese. It does not taste like mayo.
