So I've been going gym for 5 months cut down to 1500 calories a day
Workout everyday I weighed 110kg
I now weigh 88kg I'm fairly bulky but Abs aren't showing yet and still got some love handles when should I bulk 💪🤔?

That’s too low of a calorie intake for you. You are a heavy guy, and shouldn’t have a calorie deficit greater than 25%. Find your maintenance calories, and eat 75-80% of that1

If your goal is abs why are you even thinking about bulking at this point?
(You reveal your abs by losing the fat that covers them.)
Why do you think you will need to bulk ever? Do you have some particulalrly advanced body composition or strength goals?
Your calories are very low for your weight, rapid weight loss often isn't good weight loss.

Abs aren't showing yet and still got some love handles
Agree with sijomial here; for your goals, bulking is not the way to go at this point. Bulking should begin around 10% body fat (though some may start at 12%-15%), at which point you should have abs showing and decent loss of love handles.2
