Cutting

So I've been going gym for 5 months cut down to 1500 calories a day
Workout everyday I weighed 110kg
I now weigh 88kg I'm fairly bulky but Abs aren't showing yet and still got some love handles when should I bulk 💪🤔?

    That’s too low of a calorie intake for you. You are a heavy guy, and shouldn’t have a calorie deficit greater than 25%. Find your maintenance calories, and eat 75-80% of that

    Agree with sijomial here; for your goals, bulking is not the way to go at this point. Bulking should begin around 10% body fat (though some may start at 12%-15%), at which point you should have abs showing and decent loss of love handles.
