My Jillian Michaels NSV

I started Jillian Michaels for Beginners (I know, I'm a pansy) earlier this week. My first day I coud only get through 2.5 circuits and I thought I was dying. This morning I rocked all 6 circuits without stopping. Boom baby! :happy:

    Fantastic! It's good to know her DVDs really work. I just started 30DS yesterday. Really hard but I felt soooo good after :happy:

    I am on my last day of 30DS today and I can tell a huge difference on the number of breaks I get in between to catch up my breath.

    Great job!! JM always kicks my butt, but I notice results when I do any of her programs. I'm getting ready to start back on the 30DS. I was doing it for a couple weeks, then went on vacation and never started up again when I got back. It's been 1 month, so it's time to get started. LET'S GET 'EM!

    Good job! You should be very proud - Jillian is not an easy workout. I freakin hate her jumping jacks, lol. Keep it up - sounds like you are on the right track
