How tall are you? I've lost 70 lbs and I am trying to figure out a goal weight. Its difficult. I am 5'10 so I am thinking somewhere between 150-160, which is another 20 lbs or so....hard to know what I will look like and feel like at that point. The more you lose, the slower it seems to come off! You look great.

    Good job!!! You look awesome.

How far you want to go depends on a few things. What's your height? I'm 5'7" and an hourglass shape so my goal is 159 right now, but that's the top of my healthy BMI range, and while I don't believe BMI is the end all be all I DO believe it is part of the puzzle.

My SIZE matters to me, my measurements. My fitness level matters to me now in a way I never ever thought it would a year ago.

Technically my perfect weight (for me which I was at 17/18 years old) is about 142-145, so I might see if I go that far or not.
