Are there brands that are better than the other. If they are all the same thing the brand shouldnt matter right?

    A good vitamin should be made from real food sources to be properly absorbed. I like Standard Process brand.

    My brand has "with food based ingredients" .... so as long as it has that they are ok?

    One way to test it is to drop one into a glass of water, if it dissolves rather quickly, then it should do the same inside of your body. Alot of the vitamins we take are never absorbed and just pass through our system. :noway: :drinker:

    I have always used the GNC MegaWomans Vitamins for years..................

    Recently I found a brand at my Chiropractors office called Juvenation.

    They are Fabulous!!!
