I need some accountability partners! I've been going strong since 8/9 and I've lost 3.5 lbs so far. I haven't weighed in this week yet. It's a start, right?.. MrsLaurenAsh

  • It is a start - and good for you! Keep going, you can do it. Do you have a short term goal? My reward is a cologne that I've been wanting if I can get to -10lbs. :-)

    I just added you! And I have an off topic question. Does anyone have any trouble getting to their calorie goal? Don't crucify me! I LOVE food. That's what got me to the weight I am. I pack my lunches and eat every 2-3 hours to keep my cravings in check. But it seems that after I enter in my dinner, I've been consistantly under my calorie goal. ESPECIALLY after I work out.

    I THINK YOU ARE OFF TO THE SAME START AS ME

    I JUST STARTED THE GYM AND CALORIE CUTTING AND IM DOWN 4 POUNDS

    I EAT ABOUT 5 TIMES A DAY BUT CAN SEE WHAT'S WORTH EATING AND WHAT'S NOT.
