I'm 46 and weigh 213...down 15 lbs since last year. I'm perimenopausal and I have PCOS. I'm having a hard time losing the weight at a steady pace despite staying under my calorie goal. I need to add exercise and I know it will help but I hate exercising and that sucks because I used to love exercising.
