How's everyone doing so far??
Getting close to weigh in...you can weigh in as early as tomorrow, but no later that Friday midnight EST.
When you do weigh in, please post last week's weight, your current weight and your loss/gain percentage.
Example:
SW: 160
CW: 158
- 2
- 1.3%
To find percentage lost, take the amount lost and divide by last week's weight, then round to nearest 100th.
2/160= .0125 so 1.3%.
I know this part can sometimes be confusing so don't stress over it, I can figure it out if you need me to.

I have had a nightmare week and got my neices Christening on Sunday. I've been to the gym again 3 times this week...but unfortunatley I have put on 1lb....
Not sure if 'lady' things are interfering, but aiming for a big loss next week :-)
