So- Thanksgiving is 13 weeks away and NOTHING would feel better than being a smaller, healthier version of my current self. Time to get serious. I am more motivated than ever and want to taste that feeling of success. It is going to be hard, it is going to be not fun sometimes, but every intense minute of it is going to be worth it.
I am going to make some serious life changes and sacrifices. But to be honest, I am pretty excited about the challenge. I'll let you know how excited I still am after 3 weeks though... : )
I want to lose 23 lbs total, so 13 by Thanksgiving would definitely give me the boost I need!

I can't believe Thanksgiving is only 13 weeks away!!
I have been living my healthier lifestyle for over 4 weeks now. It's not so bad. I am liking the workouts. I did take a day off today. It was needed!! Good luck!!0 -

I hear ya!! I've been doing this only 3 weeks, but I'm almost getting addicted to this thing...I said almost! But this is is the most weight in this short of time I've lost in years! I plan to keep it up! I think I can, I think I can...:flowerforyou:0

While I have been watching what goes into my body since I signed up, the super-serious diet starts tonight. My plan of attack is planning. I went through all my recipes, developed a meal plan for the week and stocked up at the grocery store.
This week's menu:
Lemon Butter Broccoli and White Bean Whole Wheat Penne Pasta
Shrimp Risotto
Pork Tenderloin with Goat Cheese Grits
Crunchy Onion Barbecue Chicken with Green Beans and Garlic Rice
Hamburger Pie with Arugula Salad
