Nope it's overpriced, has terrible reviews and teaches nothing about portion control. They've had several court cases against them for nasty side effects too.18

Overpriced dust sold through a thinly veiled pyramid scheme. Herbalife works through heavily restricting calories and charge through the nose for their dust and meal plan. Nothing you can't do for free with real food.
I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.15 -

A colleague of mine had joined a couple of years ago. Plenty of meetings to push their products with special incentives, especially if you can catch new members to join - and who will work below you as a "team". Never ever any discussions about health, product knowledge and dietary benefits. Also huge suppliers of heavy plastics to add to the rubbish mountain.5

There is loads of good info on MFP and even more opinion about what everyone should and shouldnt be doing. If it works for you and you are keeping an eye on your overall health markers / nutrition, then it works for you

The thing is, losing weight isn’t the difficult part. You also need to keep the weight off, and that means not going back to the old habits that made you overweight.
So what do you do instead? When you’ve lost all the weight and you stop doing Herbalife, do you have any idea of how to eat to maintain your weight?7 -
