I am finally trying to lose weight, for the first time after recovering from anorexia.
I dealt with it for almost 5 years and this is the first time I'm trying to lose weight without the use of it...I'm 150lbs, down from 153.
Lowest is 119 and highest is 155.3.
I'm sick of not being able to wear certain things, go certain places (even though I'm also claustrophobic) and do certain things.
I'm tired of my anxiety getting the better of me in all ways so I'm changing it.
The only thing I'm worried about is slipping back into anorexia...:#
I'm looking at Yoga Mats and small weights.
A FitBit is on my Xmas list lol.
Also I'm quite grossed out at the idea of being this heavy...how did it get this far?? This bad??
GW AREA is 120, I'm not setting any specific goals so I don't freak about not reaching them.
If I set a goal, either I won't be there yet and I'll end up being comfortable with myself but I'll also want to get down to it anyways so I'll keep pushing. If I reach it, chances are I'll want to go further because I won't be happy yet, so therefore to save myself all that trouble, I'd like to be around 120, but it doesn't have to be. I just remember the way I looked at 119 and it was amazing. I had work to do still on my sides, but that's because I wasn't working out. Just cardio here and there getting from one location to another.
