How do I track exercise

Hi sorry this is probably a silly question. I am going to body attack later, do I track this on mfp and it will see the calories burnt on my fit bit or so I track it on my fit bit too? Just don’t want to get double calories tracked. I have a fit bit charge 2

If you wearing Fitbit.. it should sync the calories burn .. no need to add as excercise mfp.2

And be aware it doesn't sync the workout over.
It syncs the total day burn, MFP reports an Adjustment between what it thought you'd burn without exercise, and that.
So if the workout wiped you out so bad you slept a 4 hr nap today instead of normal busy - you could have no adjustment in theory.
