Hey all!!! First day being committed to tracking my progress. The # on the scale isn’t my main focus but continuously fueling my body with what it needs and moving it daily is my goal!! Starting weight is just over 160 at 5’4. Wouldn’t be mad if lost a bit but also wouldn’t be disappointed if I didn’t. I just want to feel good!!
