I feel like my booty is just as flat as my back. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ Any suggestions besides squats?

    Get lifting. I would recommend following a program for best results. Strong Curves is great.

    I am almost finished with Strong Curves and I highly recommend it. If you follow the program, you will build your booty
