Yikes..Togo's avocado and cucumber sandwich

Compare to Subway veggie delight, Togo's avocado and cucumber sandwich has 2x the calories. I only ate half of it so I don't go over the total calories. Besides the avocado, is the bread bigger? And the dressing?

    I've worked at both Subway and Togo's and the difference is that Togo's does have denser bread and has more avocado than Subway. Subway's calories also don't include anything any condiments including the cheese. Both sound good...I'm starving!

    I miss Togo's. I like the turkey & avocado. I'm missing In-n-out too.
