I am half way there. I have lost 27 lb and I have about 29 to go. I never thought this would only take 85 days. I would like to be at goal by my 34th birthday, but I'm thinking I'll be pretty close by Christmas. That motivates me.. a lot!!

    Halfway there is such a great point because, although you still might want to lose more, you are seeing that it's possible!!

    im proud of you, you can certainly reach your goal. I just sign up on this site and need some encouragements. I have been working out since july 1 and i saw results in my body but not on the scale. (I put it away anyways) My goal is to lost 40 lbs by Dec. I do those classes at the Gym every morning and I stop by after work for some cardio. but my *kitten* is still big need helpppppp.
