A thread for men whose goal it is to consume upwards of 3,000 calories a day. It seems like this app is used chiefly by those seeking to lose weight and curb appetites. Less so, people who are bulking; for Aesthetic, Anorexia, Bodybuilding or otherwise.
I've just recently gotten into the habit of reaching my 3,100 goal on a daily basis. But I've begun packing on more meal and snacks to reach 4,000 calories before bed.
Hopefully others are on the same path, if so post your experience, advice and questions here. Also, feel free to add my account to your friends list if you'd like to see my meal logs.
