    I just re-read your post and Iā€™m not lifting that much...maybe 1 to 2 times a week so we might not be on the same track.

    I lift. But be warned that I swear, I talk too much and I post non-fitness-related daily life diary type stuff too. Feel free to add, and if you don't like what you see, I don't get upset when I get unfriended :) We can't be everyone's cup of tea!!
